A century ago in old Hawaii, moi was reserved only for Hawaiian royalty and grown in specially-built fishponds. Today, the tender, white-meat can be savored by all with Hukilau Foods’ moi.

Hukilau Foods is a Hawaii-based company raising fresh moi off the coast of Oahu. Our focus is on the local market with a mission to create enough of a supply to make moi available to everyone in Hawaii as a regular part of their healthy diet.

Our moi is raised in its natural habitat in the ocean, using modern open ocean aquaculture, to ensure that our moi is of the highest quality and to provide a constant supply of fish for Hawaii’s people.
